Refund policy

We put our heart into all our products to ensure your full satisfaction, so if for any reason whatsoever you are unhappy with your items, you have the right to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund. You must return your items within 30 days of the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Free Replacement Service

If your item suffers from any of the following situations:

1.The items was damaged in transit, or defective items;

2.You received the wrong item;

3.You received a missing part of the item;

You can apply to us for a free exchange service through the our support team  mailbox:lucyzhang-zh@hotmail.com;  please add pictures of damaged items in the attachment for inspectionand,We will contact you by email as soon as possible，and you no need to returning us damaged or wrong goods.

 

Parcel Missing

If you have not received your items within the stated time frame please email our support team at :lihuan34@hotmail.com, We cannot be held responsible if you report a missing/damaged parcel after 7 days as our couriers only conduct a investigation within 2 weeks of your parcel being dispatched.

 

Return

All returns require the buyer to bear the returned freight, When returning items we require that your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

We also ask you to attach all the information/instructions you want us to complete, ie a full refund or exchange of specific items.

Several kinds of goods will not be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are private or hygienic products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:
-gift card
-Downloadable software products
-Some health and personal care items

In some cases, only partial refunds
-Books with obvious signs of use
-Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or vinyl records

 

Refund
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the return. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment  ,Please allow up to 7 days from the date you returned the item, for any money to be returned to the account the purchase was made from.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund within 7days, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially released.
Next, please contact your bank,There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

All exchanges require the buyer to bear the returned freight, We will be happy to replace all items within 30 days, as long as these items are returned under returnable conditions and are not packaged in the original packaging with a complete label.

Please send them back and attach your note, and fill in the relevant return information on the note. We will send you the exchanged goods back to you within 7-14 working days after receiving your original exchanged goods.
